Since 1993 In the field of Down syndrome, I raised and worked on transgenic mice for APP, CBS DYRK1A, SOD genes for various aspects related to Down syndrome. In 1990, we raised French Association for Research on Trisomy 21 (AFRT) to improve research as for other illnesses. I was president for many years and now vice-president and in charge of our publication “News on chromosome 21”.
